The over/under total is at 50, which is down a point from the opening of 51.

Head-to-head, this NCAAF Bowl Game marks the first meeting since Nov. 25, 2005, when Utah surprised Georgia Tech 38-10 and covered the spread as a 9-point road underdog. The score was over the total of 46.

NFL Betting has the Packers as a 12-point favorite, while on the moneyline, Green Bay is a -650 favorite and Chicago a +450 underdog. The over/under total is at 44.

Head-to-head, Green Bay is 6-4 straight up and against the spread, while the under has hit in eight of the past 10 meetings. This is the second meeting of the season. The Packers won 27-17 on Sept. 25 and cashed as a 4.5-point road favorite. The score was under the total of 45.5.

Chicago (7-7 SU, 6-7-1 ATS) lost 28-14 against the Seattle Seahawks and failed to cover as a 3.5-point home favorites, while the score was over the total of 34.5. Green Bay (13-1 straight up, 9-5 against the spread) lost its first game of the season by a 19-14 score on Sunday and failed to cash as an 11.5-point road favorite. The score was under the total of 46.

NCAAF Picks: Louisiana Tech Bulldogs vs TCU Horned Frogs

NCAAF Picks sets up the Poinsettia Bowl featuring the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs and the TCU Horned Frogs at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego on Wednesday (8 pm ET, ESPN).

College Football Odds had the Horned Frogs opening as an 11.5-point favorite but money on the Bulldogs has taken TCU down to 9.5-point favorites as of Wednesday afternoon. The moneyline odds for the Horned Frogs has also dropped from being a -410 favorite to a -360 favorite. The Bulldogs have climbed from being a +250 underdog to a +290 underdog. The over/under is up to 57 from the opening of 55.5.

This is the first ever meeting between the schools but one thing the Horned Frogs have going for them is the fact the Mountain West has won all five games of this bowl since it started in 2006.

NCAAF Betting stats show that Louisiana Tech 5-0 straight up in its last five games overall, and the total has gone under in five of Louisiana Tech’s last seven games. TCU is 5-0 SU in its last five games overall, and the total has gone over in nine of TCU’s last 12 games overall.

The Bulldogs (8-4 SU, 10-2 ATS) are coming off an impressive 44-0 rout of the New Mexico State Aggies 44-0 in their last game on Nov. 26. They cashed as a 23-point home favorite, while the score was under the total of 57.5.

The Horned Frogs (10-2 straight up, 6-6 against the spread) blew out the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels 56-9 in their last game on Dec. 3. They covered as a 39-point home favorite and the score was over the total of 54.5.

NCAAF Picks sets up the Utah State Aggies and the Ohio Bobcats clashing in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl at Broncos Stadium on Saturday (5:30 pm ET, ESPN).

College Football Odds have Utah State as a 1.5-point favorite after the Aggies opened as a 3-point favorite, while the moneyline odds have Utah State as a -125 favorite and the Bobcats a +105 underdog. The over/under total is at 58.

The Aggies were 7-5 straight up and 6-6 against the spread this season. They last played Dec. 3, when they won 24-21 against the New Mexico State Aggies. Utah State could not cash as a 14-point road favorite and the score was under the total of 62.5.

The Bobcats have been 9-4 straight up and 6-7 against the point spread. Ohio lost 23-20 against the Northern Illinois Huskies on Dec. 2. The Bobcats cashed as a 3.5-point home underdog, and the score was under the under the total of 71.

NCAA Football stats show the Aggies are 5-0 SU in their last five games overall and 2-5 ATS in its last seven games overall while Ohio is 5-1 SU in its last six games overall.

College Football bettors should note that the Aggies’ total offense has averaged 34 points per game, which ranks them 21st in the nation. Ohio’s offense is ranked 38th, scoring just over 31 points per game. Defensively, Utah State’s defense is No. 73, allowing an average of 28 points per game, while the Ohio defense is ranked 31st, allowing 22 points per game.

There is no head-to-head history between the Aggies and the Bobcats.

NFL Picks features a Sunday Night Football battle between NFC East rivals the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys at Cowboys Stadium (8:20 pm ET, NBC).

NFL Betting odds had Dallas as a 4-point favorite with the opening betting line, but money has poured in on New York and the Giants are now down to +3. On the moneyline betting odds, Dallas is a -240 favorite and New York a +200 underdog, while the over/under total is up to 50.5, from the opening of 48.5.

Head-to-head, both teams are 5-5 SU and the Giants have a slight edge against the spread at 6-4 ATS over the past 10 head-to-head meetings. Seven of the past 10 have gone over the total. This is the first meeting between the teams. They split their two games last season, the Cowboys winning 33-20 and cashing as a 12.5-point road underdog on Nov. 14, and the Giants winning 41-35 and covering as a 3.5-point road underdog on Oct. 25.

Sports Picks fans know this game is essentially a battle for first place in the NFC East, as the Giants are just a game behind the leading Cowboys.

New York (6-6 SU, 5-6-1 ATS) lost 38-35 to the unbeaten Green Bay Packers last Sunday, but were unlucky to win as the game came down to the final seconds. The Giants cashed as a 7-point home underdog and the score was over the total of 54.

There has already been a lot of line movement for this game in NFL Betting Odds, as the surging Steelers opened as a 14-point favorite and have been bet up to -15. Moneyline betting odds have Pittsburgh as a -775 favorite and Cleveland as a +620 underdog, while the over/under total is at 39.

Pittsburgh has absolutely dominated the recent head-to-head series, going 9-1 straight up in the past 10 meetings against its division foes. However, covering the point spread has been a different matter, as the Steelers are just 5-4-1 against the number in the past 10 meetings.

This is the first meeting of the season between the teams. The Steelers won handily in both clashes last year, beating the Browns 41-9 in their last matchup on Jan. 2 and covering as a 6.5-point road favorite, and winning 28-10 on Oct. 17, cashing as a 14-point home favorite.

The Browns (4-8 SU, 4-6-2 ATS) lost 24-10 to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, failing to cover as a 7-point home underdog. The score was under the total of 38.5. The Steelers (9-3 SU, 6-6 ATS) beat the division rival Cincinnati Bengals 35-7 on Sunday and easily cashed as a 7-point home favorite, while the score was under the total of 43.5.

Football Picks sets up a Monday Night Football matchup between the New York Giants and the New Orleans Saints at the Louisiana Superdome (8:30 pm ET, ESPN).

New Orleans opened as a 6.5-point favorite in NFL Betting but money on New Orleans now has them up to 7.5-point favorites, and some sportsbooks have the Saints as 8-point favorites. The moneyline odds have them a -340 favorite and New York a +270 moneyline underdog. The over/under total is at 51.5 after opening at 52.5.

New York is 5-4 SU and 4-5 ATS in the past nine head-to-head meetings, and two the past three clashes have stayed under the total. This is the first meeting in two years, since the Giants and Saints squared off on Oct. 18, 2009. New Orleans won that game 48-27 and covered the spread as a 3-point home favorite. That score was over the total of 47.

New York (6-4 SU, 4-5-1 ATS) lost 17-10 to the NFC East division rival Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday and failed to cover the 5.5-point spread as home favorites. The score was under the total of 45.

Sports Betting stats show New Orleans (7-3 straight up, 6-4 against the spread) is coming off a bye week and won 26-23 against the Atlanta Falcons in its last action on Nov. 13. The Saints covered the 1-point spread as road underdogs and the score was under the total of 50.

The Giants are 4-2 SU in their last six games on the road and the Saints are 7-1 SU in their last eight games at home.

NFL Handicapping previews the last game of the annual NFL Thanksgiving Day triple-header when the San Francisco 49ers take on the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium on Thursday (8:20 pm ET, NFL Network).

NFL Betting odds for this matchup have been moving since the line came out, with Baltimore opening as a 3-point and 3.5-point favorite, while some sportsbooks had Baltimore as high as 5-point favorites.

But bettors have laid a lot of money on the red-hot 49ers, winners of eight straight, and the line is now down to -3 for the Ravens. Moneyline betting odds have Baltimore a -175 favorite and San Francisco a +155 underdog. The over/under total opened at 39.5 and has been bet down to 38.5.

San Francisco (9-1 straight up, 9-0-1 against the spread) beat the NFC West division rival Arizona Cardinals 23-7 last Sunday and covered as a 10-point home favorite. The score was under the total of 40. Baltimore (7-3 SU, 5-4-1 ATS) beat the Cincinnati Bengals 31-24 on Sunday, with the score a push as Baltimore had been a 7-point home favorite. The score was over the total of 40.

NFL Picks stats have the 49ers 6-13 SU in their last 19 games on the road and Baltimore is 5-0 SU in its last five games at home.

Head-to-head, the Ravens are 2-1 SU and 1-2 ATS in their past three meetings, and this is the first meetings since 2007, when Baltimore beat San Francisco 49ers 9-7 but could not cover the spread as a 4-point road favorite.

The Giants (6-3 SU, 4-4-1 ATS) lost 27-20 against the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday and could not cover as a 4–point road underdog. The score was over the total of 43.5.

Philadelphia is 6-4 straight up and against the point spread in the past 10 head-to-head meetings, but the Giants won the first meeting of the season, beating Philly 29-16 on Sept. 25. New York covered the spread as a 7.5-point road underdog and the score was under the total of 46.5.
