The Brigham Young Cougars travel to Cassell Coliseum to face the Virginia Tech Hokies of the ACC.  Tipoff is 7pm Eastern and will be televised on ESPN3.

BYU can score, a lot.  They are tops in the West Coast Conference in scoring and 11^th in the nation, averaging 80 points per game.  Noah Hartsock leads the Cougars in scoring at 17.5 ppg but their attack is balanced with 4 players averaging double figures and Brock Zylstra just shy at 9 ppg.

Erick Green leads the Hokie attack with 16 ppg.  The Hokies struggle to put up points, relying on strong defense to win games.

This is a true road test for BYU.  Its not easy to into Blacksburg and win- just ask Coach K and Duke who struggle there every year.  The Hokies will play hard and their students will show their pride, but in the end, the Cougars win.  BYU has too much firepower.  They control the ball well and will avoid costly turnovers.  Virginia Tech could come out flat after their big road win in Charlottesville.
