First place in the NFC East is on the line when division rivals New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles clash on Sunday Night Football at Lincoln Financial Field (8:20 pm ET, NBC).

Philadelphia, coming off an NFL record-setting performance against the Washington Redskins last week, is a 3-point favorite and the over/under total is at 48 in NFL Odds.

The Eagles (6-3 SU, 4-5 ATS), led by dynamic quarterback Michael Vick, routed the Redskins 59-28 on Monday Night Football. Philly easily cashed as a 3.5–point road favorite and just as easily took the score over the total of 43.5 by itself.

Vick, who hasn’t thrown an interception or lost a fumble this season, became the first player in NFL history to pass for at least 300 yards, rush for at least 50 yards, toss four touchdowns and run for two more TDs in a single game.

But he’ll face a tougher defense this week in the Giants, who rank among the league’s best and lead the NFL with 270 total yards allowed per game.

Philadelphia won both games between the teams last season, including a 45-38 win the last time the teams squared off on Dec. 13. The Eagles cashed as a pick’em. That score went well over the total of 42.5.

New York (6-3 SU, 5-4 ATS) is coming off an upset loss against NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys, who beat the Giants 33-20 at Meadowlands Stadium last Sunday. New York failed to cover as a 12–point favorite and the score went over the total.

The Giants are 5-1 SU in their last 6 games. Philadelphia is 4-1 SU in its last five games overall, and 11-4 SU in its last 15 games at home.

The biggest game in NCAA College Football this weekend doesn’t involve Top-25 teams.

The matchup that will be getting most of the attention on Saturday is the Notre Dame Fighting Irish-Army Black Knights game, for two reasons: It marks the revival of a rivalry that is one of the most storied in College Football, and it’s being played at Yankee Stadium, the site of some of the teams’ most classic clashes.

You have to go back to 1969 for the last time the Irish played in the Big Apple, a city that became their second home in the early part of the last century because of its large Irish-American population. As well, NYC has always had a large number of Notre Dame grads.

And the game is not without meaning in the standings, as Notre Dame will be playing for bowl eligibility when they meet the Black Knights in the Bronx (7 pm ET, NBC).

NCAA Football Odds have the Fighting Irish as 8-point, -310 moneyline favorites and the over/under total is at 50.

While this is the 50th meeting between the teams, it’s only the fourth meeting in the past 15 years. Notre Dame is 3-0 and 1-2 ATS in the past three meetings, the last one coming on Nov. 18, 2006, when the Fighting Irish routed the Black Knights 41-9 in South Bend. Notre Dame covered as a 29.5-point favorite.

Army has not beaten Notre Dame since 1958.

Last week, the Irish (5-5 SU, 4-4-2 ATS) beat the Utah Utes 28-3 winner at home, cashing as a 5.5–point underdog. The score went under the total.

Army (6-4 SU, 5-4 ATS) beat the Kent State Golden Flashes 45-28 last Saturday, covering as a 1-point underdog. The score went well over the total.

The top team in the NBA’s Eastern Conference hosts one of the up-and-coming teams in the West when the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Boston Celtics clash Friday in a nationally televised matchup at TD Garden (7 pm ET, ESPN).

Oklahoma City sits at 7-4 SU (4-7 ATS), good for 7th place in the Western Conference and 2nd in the Northwest division, right behind the Utah Jazz. Boston is already running away with what appears to be a very weak Atlantic division, and is 9-2 SU and 7-4 ATS.

The Thunder have been rolling in their past five games at 4-1 SU and have won two straight. Oklahoma City has had trouble winning and, much to the chagrin of NBA Betting fans, covering the spread on the road, however, going 3-7 SU in its past 10 and 3-6 ATS in its past nine away.

Perhaps motivated by all the talk of LeBron James and the Miami Heat being the best in the East,  Boston has gone 8-1 SU in its last nine games overall, 5-0 SU in its last five at home, and has won three straight.

Boston is 7-3 SU and 6-3-1 ATS in the past 10 head-to-head meetings. The score has stayed under the total in four of the past five meetings.

This is the second meeting of the season. Boston beat OK City 92-83 on Nov. 7 and cashed as a 2.5-point road underdog. The score stayed well below the total of 196.5.

The Thunder are coming off a 116-99 win over the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. Oklahoma City cashed as a 7-point home favorite and the score went over the total of 210.5.

Boston beat the Washington Wizards 114-83 on Wednesday, covering as a 13.5-point home favorite.

The Chicago Bears face the Miami Dolphins for just the fourth time in the past 13 years on NFL Thursday Night Football at Sun Life Stadium (8:20 pm ET, NFL Network)

Despite being down to their third-string quarterback, Miami is a 1.5-point favorite in NFL Week 11 Odds. The over/under total opened at 41 and has dropped to 39.5.

Last Sunday, the Bears faced NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings and won handily, beating Brett Favre’s squad 27-13 and cashing as 1-point home underdogs. The score stayed under the total of 41.5.

Chicago intercepted Favre three times while Bears’ pivot Jay Cutler threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns, although he was picked off twice.

The Dolphins got their first home win of the season Sunday with a 29-17 victory over the Tennessee Titans. Miami covered as a 1.5-point favorite and the score was over the total of 43.

But the game was costly for Miami, as it lost quarterbacks Chad Pennington (shoulder) and Chad Henne (knee) to injury, which forced third-stringer Tyler Thigpen into the game. Thigpen was solid in relief, going 4-for-6 for 64 yards with a touchdown, and will start against Chicago.

Head-to-head, the Dolphins are 7-3 SU in the all-time series, and 2-1 SU and ATS in the past three meetings. Four of the past six have gone under the total. The Bears and Dolphins last met Nov. 5, 2006, when Miami won 31-13 and cashed as a 13-point road underdog.

Chicago (6-3 SU, 4-4-1 ATS), has won two straight and is 4-1 SU in its past five games on the road. Miami (5-4 SU, 6-3 ATS) is 1-5 SU in its last six games at home.

The Bowling Green Falcons visit the Toledo Rockets in a MAC conference clash on Wednesday, with the Rockets looking for their first win against the Falcons in four years (8 pm ET, ESPN2).

NCAAF Odds have the Rockets as a 10-point favorite and the over/under total at 54.

This matchup is the 75th meeting between the teams, with the Falcons holding a 39-31-4 SU edge in the all-time series. Over the past 10 meetings, each has won five outright and Toledo has a slight edge against the spread at 5-4-1 ATS.

But Bowling Green has won three straight in the series, with Toledo’s last win coming at home in 2006 with a 31-21 decision as a 6.5-point favorite. The Falcons, though, have had trouble covering the spread at Toledo, at just 1-4 ATS in the past five visits.

The Falcons (2-8 SU, 6-4 ATS, 1-5 MAC) dropped their last game on Nov. 10, losing 24-21 against the Miami (Ohio) Redhawks. Bowling Green failed to cover as a 2.5–point underdog and the score stayed under the over/under total.

The Rockets (6-4 SU, 5-5 ATS, 5-1 MAC), who are bowl eligible for the first time since 2005, got bombed 65-30 by the Northern Illinois Huskies on Nov. 9, with first place in the MAC’s West Division on the line. The Rockets failed to cash as an 11–point road dog, while the score easily eclipsed the total.

The setback snapped the Rockets’ three-game winning streak. NIU ran right over the Rockets, with 422 rushing yards, while Toledo tailback Adonis Thomas finished with a career-high 152 yards on just 10 carries.

The winner of this matchup will take control of the “Peace Pipe,” a tradition between the schools since 1980.
